I started this diet on Monday as a way to jump start myself back into eating clean, planning high- veggie content healthy meals, and hoping to lose some excess weight I put on since October. I also am making my smoothies with cold tea because I can't have almond milk. None of those substitutions should be enough to make me gain. Any ideas what could be going on?
